WHAT IS PERMANENT MAKEUP?
Permanent makeup is a form of cosmetic tattooing that gives the illusion of fuller brows by using a tattoo machine to create tattooed hair strokes or shading in the skin. The delicate and precise technique can create hair-like strokes, pixel shading, fullness, density and texture to design and shape the eyebrows, creating realistic effects and results.
